Packing checklist
- Turn the device off. If it got wet, don’t charge it.
- Remove cases and accessories. Keep the SIM card if you want.
- Wrap it in bubble wrap or a soft cloth, then seal it in a zip bag.
- Use a sturdy box with at least 2 inches of padding on all sides.
- Put the printed packing slip inside the box (or write your case number on paper).
- Ship insured with tracking. Don’t send it in a padded envelope alone.

- Physically damaged spinning hard drives (not accepting right now)
