No. Partners ship devices to our lab from anywhere in the U.S., the same way customers do.
Who does the customer pay?
The customer pays us for the recovery, with the same free diagnosis and no data, no fee promise. You never have to collect money.
What devices do you take?
Phones, tablets, MacBooks, laptops and PCs, USB flash drives and memory cards. We are not taking physically damaged spinning hard drives right now.
