Can you recover photos from a phone that won’t turn on?
Usually, yes. A phone that won’t turn on almost always has a board problem, not a memory problem. Your photos are still on the chip. We repair the board so we can read them.
My iPhone was in water. Is it too late?
Not if you act fast. Turn it off, don’t charge it, and ship it. Corrosion gets worse every day, so the sooner it’s on our bench, the more we can save.
Do you need my passcode?
Yes. Modern phones encrypt everything, so without the passcode no lab on earth can read the data. We ask for it securely when your phone arrives.
